Social Workers: Help address life challenges and may refer clients to therapy for trauma.
Psychologists: Refer patients to therapists specialising in specific techniques or areas.
Counsellors: Recommend therapy for clients needing in-depth mental health support.
School Counselors: Refer students when academic or behavioral issues arise.
Crisis Workers: Connect individuals in acute distress with long-term mental health resources.
Case Managers: Coordinate care and may include therapy as part of a client’s comprehensive support.
Each plays a vital role in ensuring clients receive appropriate mental health care.
